You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and billing information.
  • Keep your login details confidential.
  • Not share your account with unauthorised users.

7. Course Content and Educational Material

Leadodo course content is provided for educational and informational purposes.

You may use the course content to learn how to use Leadodo and improve your own business processes. You may not copy, publish, sell, share, distribute, or turn our course content into your own paid or unpaid product without our written permission.

We may update, improve, replace, add, or remove course lessons, templates, videos, downloads, and other materials over time.

8. AI Lead Scoring and Website Analysis

Leadodo uses AI and other technical methods to analyse publicly available website information and generate website quality insights, including AI lead scores.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misinterpreted.
  • AI lead scores are estimates and decision-support signals.
  • AI lead scores are not guarantees of business potential, reply rates, conversion rates, or revenue.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and using the output.
  • You must not rely on Leadodo as your only basis for making business, legal, financial, or compliance decisions.

Leadodo aims to support compliant website analysis, including respect for robots.txt where technically applicable. However, you remain responsible for your own use of the application and for complying with applicable laws.

9. Outreach and Compliance Responsibility

Leadodo may teach users how to run B2B outreach and may provide tools, methods, templates, or guidance related to business prospecting.

You are responsible for ensuring that your own outreach complies with all applicable laws and rules, including privacy, data protection, marketing, anti-spam, telecommunications, platform, and consumer protection laws.

This may include rules under GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, PECR, CAN-SPAM, and other national or regional laws, depending on where you and your recipients are located.

You agree not to use Leadodo to:

  • Send unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or abusive outreach.
  • Contact people where you do not have a valid legal basis.
  • Ignore opt-out or unsubscribe requests.
  • Misrepresent your identity or business.
  • Use scraped or purchased data unlawfully.
  • Send spam, phishing, malware, or harmful content.
  • Violate platform rules or email provider rules.

Leadodo provides educational guidance, but we do not provide legal advice. You should consult a qualified legal professional when you are unsure about your obligations.

10. Customer Data and Local Processing

Leadodo is designed so that customer prospect analysis data remains with the customer where possible.

Depending on how you use Leadodo, you may process data such as business names, websites, public email addresses, contact names, phone numbers, country, sector, website screenshots, AI lead scores, outreach status, or email replies.

You are responsible for this data and for your own lawful basis, notices, retention, security, and compliance obligations.

Leadodo does not intentionally access or store your prospect lists, outreach replies, or lead analysis results on Leadodo-controlled servers in the current workflow, unless you submit that data to us directly, request support, use an integration, or use a future feature that clearly requires server-side storage.

11. User Content

You may submit information, comments, feedback, files, text, images, messages, or other content to Leadodo.

You keep ownership of your own content. However, you grant Leadodo a limited licence to use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide to Leadodo.

You must not submit content that:

  • Violates any law.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Contains malware or harmful code.
  • Contains unlawful personal data.
  • Is misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful.
  • Violates the rights of another person or business.

We may remove or restrict access to content if we believe it violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or operational risk.

12. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

This does not give us ownership of your private business data or customer data.

13. Payments and Billing

Paid products, courses, subscriptions, licences, or services must be paid according to the pricing and payment terms shown at checkout, in an order form, in an invoice, or in a separate written agreement.

We may use Stripe or other payment providers to process payments. We do not store full card details ourselves.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, or not received on time, we may suspend or terminate access until the issue is resolved.

14. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and any specific refund terms shown at the time of purchase.

If a specific product, licence, course, or offer includes its own refund or guarantee terms, those specific terms apply to that purchase.

Unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written refund policy, payments are not automatically refundable.

15. Taxes

Prices may be shown with or without VAT or other taxes, depending on your location and the checkout flow.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply to your purchase, unless we are legally required to collect and remit them.

16. Third-Party Services

Leadodo may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting providers, databases, payment providers, AI providers, email providers, calendar tools, communication tools, social media platforms, and analytics providers.

These third-party services may have their own terms, policies, limitations, outages, restrictions, or fees.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. We do not guarantee that third-party services will remain available, unchanged, or compatible with Leadodo.

17. Social Media and Platform Integrations

Leadodo may include features for connecting social media accounts, scheduling content, publishing posts, or managing social media workflows.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect any account and that your use complies with the relevant platform terms, including Meta, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, or other platforms.

We may remove, change, or limit integrations if a platform changes its API, policies, permissions, pricing, or technical requirements.

18. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Leadodo to:

  • Break the law.
  • Violate third-party rights.
  • Send spam or unlawful marketing.
  • Upload malware or harmful code.
  • Attack, overload, scan, or disrupt our systems.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems.
  • Circumvent security or usage limits.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your business.
  • Use Leadodo for fraud, deception, phishing, or abusive behaviour.
  • Resell or redistribute Leadodo without permission.
  • Use Leadodo to create or train a competing product.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of Leadodo.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action where needed, including suspending or terminating access.

19. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Leadodo available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Leadodo may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, security issues, third-party failures, or other reasons.

We may update, modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of Leadodo at any time. Where reasonable, we will try to avoid unnecessary disruption.

20. No Guaranteed Results

Leadodo does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads.
  • A specific reply rate.
  • A specific conversion rate.
  • A specific revenue outcome.
  • A specific return on investment.
  • That any outreach campaign will be successful.
  • That any AI lead score will predict actual buying intent.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, targeting, messaging, timing, sales process, compliance, and execution.

Any examples, case studies, figures, or performance references are illustrative only and do not guarantee future results.

21. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

Leadodo may provide educational information about outreach, compliance, website analysis, sales, marketing, and business operations.

This information is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

You are responsible for making your own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals where needed.

22. Intellectual Property

Leadodo, including our software, course content, designs, text, videos, templates, frameworks, branding, logos, graphics, workflows, and documentation, is owned by Leadodo or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Leadodo content unless we give written permission or the feature is clearly intended to allow such use.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Leadodo.

23. Confidentiality

During your use of Leadodo, you may receive access to non-public information, including course content, methods, technical details, pricing, strategy, templates, or business information.

You agree not to disclose confidential Leadodo information to third parties unless it is already public or we give written permission.

This does not prevent you from using general knowledge you learn through the course for your own business.

24. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By using Leadodo, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed according to our Privacy Policy.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You fail to pay.
  • You misuse the service.
  • You create security, legal, or operational risk.
  • We are required to do so by law or a third-party platform.
  • Continued access would harm Leadodo, our users, or third parties.

You may stop using Leadodo at any time.

Termination does not affect payment obligations, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, or other provisions that are intended to survive termination.

26. Disclaimers

Leadodo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that Leadodo will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those cases, the exclusions apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadodo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or lost business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Leadodo will not exceed the amount you paid to Leadodo for the relevant product or service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

28. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Leadodo harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your unlawful use of Leadodo.
  • Your outreach, campaigns, or communications.
  • Your customer data or prospect data.
  • Your content.
  • Your violation of third-party rights.
  • Your violation of platform terms or applicable law.

29. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet failures, hosting outages, third-party platform issues, API changes, cyberattacks, labour disputes, natural disasters, government actions, war, or other events beyond our control.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, application, email, or another reasonable method.

The “Last updated” date shows when these Terms were last changed.

By continuing to use Leadodo after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

31. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of business operations.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or replaced in a way that best achieves the original purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

33. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes related to these Terms or Leadodo will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
